Ricky Kelley, 50, Little Rock, departed this life April 3, 2014. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mr. Willie and Rosetta Kelley and Mr. Lonnie and Mary Lou Little. He leaves to cherish his memory; one son, Dominique Kelley; parents, Bobby Joe (Fran) and Hermus Jean Kelley; siblings, Valarie (Belden) Allen, La Frances (Jeremy) Phifer, LaTonya (Roy) Austin, Ronnie Smith, Kevin (Verna) Williams; four grandchildren; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
