Evelyn Shamlin

Evelyn Shamlin, 87, of Little Rock, passed away April 13, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, C.J. Shamlin. She is survived by six children, Charlie (Jacque) Shamlin of Little Rock, Ronnie (Beverly) Shamlin of Hot Springs, Kay (Charles) Beman of Benton, Jerry Shamlin of Oklahoma, Terry Shamlin of North Little Rock, and Jimmy Shamlin of Little Rock; 19 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and by her loving dog, Elvis. She was a loving mother and will be missed very much. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth with burial following at Ida Mission Cemetery.
