Roger Lee Peterson

Roger (Pete) Lee Peterson, 62, of Cabot, passed away Friday, April 11, 2014. Pete was born on December 17, 1951 in Pocahontas, Ark. to Aubrey Peterson and Odessa (Rogers) Peterson. He retired from the United States Air Force after 20 years of service. Pete was an active advocate of CASA as well as a lifetime member at the VFW. He was preceded in death by his parents. Pete is survived by his beloved wife, Cinna Peterson, his sister, Freeda Bailey, his children, Jennifer and Ryan Peterson, his step-children, Steve Collier and Amy (Collier) Page, and his grandchildren, Brooklyn (Paige) Newberry, Dylan Peterson, Brace, Jake, and Brady Collier. Services for Pete will be held at Arkansas Funeral Care in Jacksonville, Ark. The memorial services will be held on April 19, 2014, the visitation held from 3 p.m to 4 p.m followed by a prayer ceremony for the family.
