Jacquelyn Markham Guccione, 67, of Dover, passed peacefully on Friday, April 18, 2014 at Legacy Heights Nursing Home in Russellville and surrounded by her family. The daughter of Coy and Mary Linder Markham, she was born April 6, 1947 in Beebe. She was a 1965 graduate of Sylvan Hills High School. Jackie worked in real estate development, first in Little Rock and later formed her own company, Cornerstone Real Estate, in Sarasota, Fla. Jackie believed in living life to the fullest and was a master scuba-diver. She was a member of the Historical Society of Conway County, and published several personal genealogy biographies. She was a member of the Westside Church of Christ where she was active in WINGS (Women In God's Service), and with the West Side Youth Group. She enjoyed supporting Camp Caudle Christian Camp in Scottsville and was preceded in death by her father. She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Mary and Clem Essinger, Centerville; sister, Carol Fly & husband Jim, Wichita, Kansas; four brothers, Delford Markham, Cabot, Tony Markham, Rochester, N.Y., Michael Hawk, Ola, David Essinger, Centerville. A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at Westside Church of Christ under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service. Herb Taylor and Jim Fly will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until service time at the church. Memorials may be made to Camp Caudle Christian Camp, P.O. Box 1311, Dover, Ark. 72837.
