Mickey Jean Ritter Hill, 63, of Plainview, died Wednesday, July 30, 2014. She was born December 15, 1950, in Little Rock, Arkansas, a daughter of the late Gene and Mabel Ritter. She retired from the Arkansas State Highway Department. Survivors include her son, Wayne (Michelle) Hill of Jessieville; daughter, Melissa (Wade) Bass of Perryville; special friend, T.J. Bruck of Nimrod; brothers and sisters, Kathy (Bill) Rainwater of Bigelow, LeAnn (Joe) Wellinghoff of Little Rock, David (Christy) Ritter of Bigelow, Alan (Frances) Ritter of Conway, Jayne (Ray) Blaney of Heber Springs, Le (Lynette) Ritter of Bigelow, Rita Sawyer of Farmington and Joe (Vanessa) Ritter of Bigelow; grandchildren, Kacey Suit, Morgan, Shayna and Jessi Hill and Maddie Bass; three step-grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
