Lucille Simpson Ferguson, 86, of Watson, Arkansas, currently living in Stuttgart, passed away on August 10, 2014. Mrs. Ferguson was born October 1, 1927, Kelso, Arkansas the daughter of John T. and Cynthia Simon Simpson. Lucille, a homemaker and farmer, was a member of First United Methodist Church in Watson. Her parents and late husband, Billy Ferguson and a daughter, Susan Williams preceded her in death. Survivors are a son and his wife, Scott & Misty Ferguson of Conway, three daughters, Jane Ferguson and Diane Ferguson both of Stuttgart, and Billye Elliott of McGehee, brother-in-law and his wife, Joe Pat & Sherrie Ferguson of Kelso and three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Graveside services held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, August 13, 2014 with Rev. Spencer Berry officiating at Ferguson Cemetery near Watson, Arkansas. Memorials can be to Watson First United Methodist Church or Charity of your choice. Arrangements are by Griffin Funeral Home, Dumas, Arkansas.
