Debbie Cook Perkins

Debbie Cook Perkins, of Cabot, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on August 12, 2014 in her home with family by her side after a year long fight with cancer. She was born in Blytheville, Arkansas to Coy Jr. and Mary Bowers Cook on August 21, 1963. She grew up in Dell, Arkansas and married her high school sweetheart. She is preceded in death by her parents and three siblings, Phil Parish, Jane Schinke, and Leonard "Bubba" Cook. Debbie enjoyed cooking, camping, fishing, hunting, supporting her children's activities, and making memories with her family and friends. She attended Briarwood Baptist Church and helped with the Food Pantry Ministry. She is survived by her husband Daniel Perkins, two sons Zac and Hunter all of Cabot; three sisters, Ann Baccus of Russelville, Ala., Kay Emerson and Susie Minyard of Blytheville, Ark., and one brother, Roger Parish of Dixon, Mo.; 15 nieces and nephews and countless friends and loved ones. Daniel, Zac, and Hunter would like to thank CARTI, Arkansas Hospice, and the many friends and family for their love and support.
