Frances Powell, 74, of Watson, passed away August 23, 2014. She was a member of Watson Assembly of God Church. Visitation held Tuesday from 5-7 p.m., Griffin Funeral Home Chapel. Services held Wednesday at 11 a.m., Watson Assembly of God Church and burial in Watson Cemetery. Arrangements are by Griffin Funeral Home, Dumas, Arkansas.
