Helen Marie Belk, 61, of Little Rock, passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2014. She is survived by her son Kenneth Robert Belk Jr., daughter, Katherine Idean Mullins, mother, Katherine Marie Siegman and two brothers, Rick Siegman of Texas and Frank Siegman of Washington along with many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by a loving husband and father, Kenneth Robert Belk, Sr., and her father Frank Thomas Siegman. A Mass of Christian burial will be 10 a.m. Friday, August 29, 2014 at Our Lady of Good Counsel with burial to follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
