Bobby Wayne Carr

Bobby Wayne Carr, age 68, of Bryant, passed away Sunday, November 30, 2014. He was born July 6, 1946 in Center Ridge, Arkansas, a son of Jude Carr and Lily Bell Anderson Carr. He was a Carman for the Union Pacific Railroad, Vietnam Army Veteran and member of New Hope Nazarene of Little Rock. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Marjorie Pruitt Carr of Bryant; son, Joey Carr and wife Deanna of Armorel; daughter, Amber Hiegel and husband Matt of Damascus; two sisters, Dorothy Flowers of Center Ridge and Leta Stroud (Warren) of Conway; grandchildren, Madison, McKinley, Monroe, and Mayson Carr, and Caleb Hiegel; three sisters-in-law, Velma Carr, Shirlene Carr, Glenda Barber, and Arlene (Bob) Chambers; brother in law Bobby (Johnnie) Pruitt; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by three brothers, J.M., Alton, and Landon Carr. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, December 4th at the Harris Chapel with Pastor George Yarberry and Pastor Dennis Yarberry officiating.
