Charles Michael Young

Charles Michael Young, 68, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, died Monday, December 1, 2014. He was born September 14, 1946 in McAlester, Oklahoma to James Arthur and Helen (Boone) Young. Before retiring, he was a longtime manager for an inspection and physicals company, Hooper-Holmes. Michael was a member of the B&M Camp of the Tolar Lake Hunting Club and enjoyed trout fishing on the White River. He loved Rhodesian Ridgebacks and Dalmations; had the gift of gab and the kindest heart. Michael never met a stranger. He is preceded in death by his father and his brother, James Patterson Young. Michael is survived by his mother, Helen Young and his wife of 44 years, Peggy Ann (Bailey) Young both of Hot Springs, Arkansas. Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. Friday, December 5, 2014 at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home. Graveside Service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 6, 2014 at Rest Hills Cemetery in Sherwood, Arkansas.
