Delmar Paul Parrish Sr.

Delmar Paul Parrish Sr., 81, of Camden died Saturday, Dec. 06, 2014 at the John R. Williamson Hospice house in El Dorado. Mr. Parrish was born Feb. 28, 1933 in Camden, the son of D. A. and Flora McLelland Parrish. He was a retired police officer, serving in several capacities in law enforcement and was of the Assembly of God faith. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Paula Parrish Lacy. Survivors include his wife, Betty Parrish of Camden; sons, Paul Parrish Jr. of El Dorado, and Gregg Parrish and wife, Rita of Little Rock; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and his special companions, Nicole and Dennis. The family will have a memorial service at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to John R. Williamson Hospice House, 2301 Champagnolle Rd, El Dorado, AR 71730.
