Patricia Goodwin

Patricia Goodwin, age 91, passed away December 8, 2014. She is preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Goodwin, mother, Patti Shackelford, grandson, Daniel Goodwin, sisters, Virginia Hampton and Mary Alice Roberts. Survivors include two daughters: Linda Cooper (Max) of North Little Rock, Cynthia Sommer of Brownsville, Texas; two sons: Danny Goodwin (Beth) of DeWitt, Syd Goodwin (Carol) of Brownsville, Texas; granddaughter, Sonia Powers (Joe), great grandson, Troy Qualls all of Little Rock, granddaughter, Madeline Smallwood (Nick) of Springdale, grandson, Zeb Powers (Crystal), great grandsons, Jackson and Joseph all of Alexander, also six other grandchildren, 13 great-children and two great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, December 11, at Essex Funeral Home Chapel with burial at DeWitt Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
