Stanley Jay Leavendusky, "Butch", 72, Alexander, Ark., born October 9, 1942, passed away December 11, 2014. He was a man of many things; a national boat racer, salesman, a machinist, fisherman. He was "great" at everything and anything he did. He is preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and LaVaun Leavendusky; a son, George Robert Leavendusky. Stan is survived by his wife Barbara Leavendusky (the love of his life); son, Stanley "Rob" Leavendusky of Kansas City, stepchildren, Kaye (Mark) Fox, Jimmy (Ellen) Mathews, and Sharon Wallett. Two sisters of Kansas City: Rosemary Sjoblom and Judy (Ronnie) Millert. He had many grandchildren who loved their PaPaStan. He was a friend to many and will be deeply missed. Visitation will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Sunday, December 14th. Funeral services will be in the Chapel of Griffin Leggett Forest Hills, 10200 Hwy 5 North, Alexander. With burial to follow in Pine Crest Cemetery.
