Billy Allen Russell

Billy Allen Russell, 79, of Ward was born on January 16th, 1935 in Eaton, Arkansas to Jasper and Eva Russell and died Saturday, December 13, 2014 at his home in Ward. Bill was a good and kind man who loved his family dearly. He was a faithful member of Cabot Church of Christ for over 42 years. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, J.D. Russell and Tom Ingram; and his sisters, Marie Baker and Sue Bollinger. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Betty Russell; his children Stephen (Tuesdi) Russell of Gravel Ridge, Deborah Wallace of Cabot, James (Barbara) Russell of Ward and Mark Russell of Ward; seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; his brothers, Ray Russell and Jim Russell of Rockford, IL, and Delon Russell of Davis Junction, IL; his sister, Marg Harkey of Long Beach, Calif., as well as many loving nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. at Moore's Funeral Home in Cabot on Tuesday, December 16th. Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 17th at 10 a.m. at the funeral home (501) 843-5816.
