Harvey Lee Fullerton

Mr. Harvey Lee Fullerton, 81, of Hope, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2014 in Texarkana, Texas. Harvey was born December 7, 1933 in Prescott, Arkansas to Horace and Ella McLelland Fullerton. Mr. Fullerton served his community with the Arkansas State Police before continuing his service with the Hope Police Department where he served as the Chief of Police with 15 years of service. He finalized his career with a total of 35 years in law enforcement. He was preceded in death by his mother and father. Mr. Fullerton is survived by his wife, Mary Fullerton of Hope, Arkansas; one sister, Pauline Burnett of Hope, Arkansas and several nieces, nephews and many friends. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 17, 2014 between the hours of 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. at the Herndon-Pharr Funeral Home. Services will be Thursday, December 18, 2014 at 10 a.m. in the Herndon-Pharr Funeral Home Chapel with Harley Sisson officiating, interment to follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Herndon-Pharr Funeral Home.
