"Terry Charles Edwards, (43) of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away Sunday, December 7, 2014, a victim of homicide. The beloved musician, T.C,. as he was known to his friends, was born February 17, 1971, in Dekalb Illinois. T.C. was preceded in death by his mother, Pearlean Kellum and father, James Henry Edwards, a minister for 30 years. TC is survived by his two loving sisters, Debbie Ann Edwards, and Brenda Lee Kellum; his 'adopted' brother and caregiver Mike Poe, and thousands of other talented and compassionate friends that considered him 'family'. T.C. attended Central High School for a year and then received his high-school diploma from J. A. Fair. He was the legendary front man of the metal group TC & The Eddies, and his previous bands TC & The Ponies, and The Piranahas. T.C. was locally known as the Stifft Station Saint, and loved, celebrated, and embraced by the music and arts community locally and around the world. He was a huge aficionado of pizza and spent 25 years working in the industry here as a bar back and pizza chef at Iriana's, U.S. Pizza Co., Damgoode Pies, and Pizza D' Action. TC could be found at Pizza D' Action every night they were open, and many times after seeing or performing shows at his other favorite spots, White Water Tavern and Vino's. T.C. was a touchstone and everyone agrees he was the absolute sweetest and most genuine person they had ever met and the first person they wanted to see when they opened the door. He loved being a Rock Star and performing on stage the most, spending time with his friends, especially Freddie, wrestling, walking around the neighborhood, anything from the 80's, quarterbacking for his team The Rockers, tabby cats and shoes of any color or size, his record collection, going to live concerts, giving hard hugs and long stares, eating your eggs and melted cheese, and absolutely anything metal. TC life will continue to be memorialized in the ongoing feature documentary film. TC & Me: A LittleRock-umentary". His family and community will celebrate having been honored to know him at Griffin Leggett Funeral Home, 5800 West 12 St., Little Rock, on Sunday, December 21, 2015 with viewing beginning at 10 a.m., visitation at 1 p.m., and services at 2 p.m. followed by a potluck and live shows at Vino's.
