James William Rutherford, 78, passed away Monday. Survivors are wife, Myra Rochelle Rutherford; children, Roger Rutherford, Deborah Louise Moyer and Tanya Ann Gregory; brother, Edward Rutherford; sister, Becky Meier; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral is 2 p.m. Wednesday at Turpin Funeral Home Chapel. Burial with full military honors will follow in Lone Tree Cemetery.
