Thomas Lloyd Aloway III

Thomas Lloyd Aloway III, 63, of Maumelle, Ark. passed away due to complications of a stroke on December 22, 2014. His parents are Patricia Ann Aloway of Jacksonville and the late Thomas Lloyd Aloway Jr. He is survived by his mother; his wife of 35 years, Pam Aloway of Maumelle, Ark.; two daughters, Lauren Aloway of San Jose, Calif. and Lindsey Aloway of Memphis, Tenn.; and his sister, Vicky Kirchner (Archie) of Jacksonville, Ark.; his brother, Mark Aloway (Edie) of Sherwood and one granddaughter, Kenzie Miller of San Jose, Calif.; as well as many other loving family and friends. Tom graduated from McClellan High and was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals in 1969. Upon release, Tom graduated from UALR. He was also elected into the Arkansas Softball Hall of Fame. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital or the Pulaski County Humane Society.
