Donald Gene Tucker Sr.

Donald Gene Tucker Sr. went home to be with the Lord Dec. 22, 2014. He was born March 28, 1949 in Pine Bluff. He served in the United States Air Force as a sergeant in the security police and was a Vietnam veteran. He was decorated with the Presidential Unit Citation, Air Force Good Conduct Medal, U.S. Vietnam Service Medal, Republic of Vietnam Gallant Cross, Vietnam Campaign Medal and the National Defense Service Medal. He had been employed by the Cotton Belt Railroad, Pine Bluff Arsenal and Evergreen Packaging in Pine Bluff. Donald was preceded in death by his parents, Gene and Juanita Tucker; his wife, Mary Tucker; daughter, Noye Tucker and grandson, Alex Tucker. He is survived by his son, Donald Tucker Jr.; daughter-in-law, Pam Tucker and granddaughter, Jade Tucker. He is lovingly remembered by his sister, Eddye Tomboli; brother, Ronnie Tucker; nieces; nephews; family and friends. Services will be held at Trinity Episcopal Church in Pine Bluff at 10 a.m. Dec. 29, 2014. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Trinity Episcopal Church, 703 W. 3rd Ave., Pine Bluff, AR 71601.
