Claudette Gilchrist, 37, of Vilonia, passed away surround by her loving family on Saturday February, 1, 2014. She was born November 22, 1976 in Jacksonville, Arkansas. She is survived by her loving husband David Jr. and children, two sons, David III, and Chance; two daughters, Hope and Faith and brother, James David Allwhite (Shana), sister, Ann Martin (Chris). Also survived by her grandmother, Mary Lou Wallack and three nephews and three nieces and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, JD Allwhite, mother, Barbara Allwhite and grandfathers, James Louie Allwhite, Claude Hartness and TW Shockley; one grandmother, Catherine Hartness Shockley and nephew, Dylan Allwhite. She was most proud of her four children which was her greatest accomplishment. Her love for her husband was well known and unable to be hidden, when she spoke his name her whole face lit up. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her. She was taken from her family way to early however we know she is safe in the arms of our Lord and suffers no more. Visitation will be held Friday February 7, 2014 from 6-8 p.m. at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home 7724 Landers Rd, NLR, Ark. 72117, 501-835-3515. Funeral services will be Saturday 10 a.m. at Indianhead Lake Baptist Church located at 8601 Indianhead Dr., Sherwood, Arkansas. In lieu of flowers an account has been set up for the family at Centennial Bank.
