Inez T. Montgomery Merrill

Inez T. Montgomery Merrill, 98, of Pine Bluff, died Thursday, February 6, 2014. She was born March 15, 1915 in Morrilton, Arkansas, daughter of John and Ella Brook Montgomery. Mrs. Merrill was a loving homemaker. She worked at the Pine Bluff Arsenal during World War II on the bomb line. Mrs. Merrill loved flowers, particularly roses and was a member of the National Association of Federal Employees. She was preceded in death by her son, Robert Merrill; her parents; and two sisters, Wilma Morning and Lucille McCarty. Survivors include her husband, James Joseph Merrill; son, Glenn Edward Merrill of Pine Bluff; and nephew, Don McCarty and his wife, Mary, of Pine Bluff. Services will be 10: a.m., Monday, February 10, 2014 in the Chapel of Ralph Robinson & Son with Father Frank DuPreez officiating. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.
