Dell LaJuan House

Dell LaJuan House, 57, of Judsonia left this world on Sunday, February 9, 2014. She was a beautiful soul that gave words to the point, as few as they were. She gave of her heart and believed it was her God given duty to care for everyone in all ways she was capable of doing. LaJuan was a fighter and had fought strongly against her illnesses for many years. However, early Sunday morning she took God's hand and proudly followed him home to suffer never again. Her blessed love will be treasured forever by all that ever knew her. She was a member of Steprock Church of Christ and proudly served the congregational duties well. LaJuan is survived by her husband Jerry House of 39 years; a son, Andrew House and wife Dianna; two grandsons, Dalton and Drew House all of Judsonia; older sister, Peggy Louks of Judsonia; younger brother, William Wilson and wife Rhonda of Steprock; her parents, Billy and Lurene Wilson of Steprock; mother-in-law, Hazel House of Judsonia; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends whom she held dear. She is preceded in death by her father-in-law, J.M. House of Judsonia. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. Services will be conducted Thursday, February 13, 2014, at 2 p.m., Powell Funeral Home Chapel in Bald Knob with Bill Lambert officiating. Interment will follow in Providence Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Powell Funeral Home Bald Knob-Judsonia. www.powellfuneralhome.net. It would be appreciated through LaJuan's passion, that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Foster Care program or Searcy Children's home both in Searcy, Arkansas.
