Ermaline Jackson 81, of Scott, Arkansas peacefully passed February 15, 2014. She was united in Holy matrimony for 48 years to the late George Jackson Sr., with who 10 children were born, two preceded her in death: Mel Lynn and Ronald Jackson. Survivors include: four sons, Donald (Gwendolyn) Jackson and George (Kathy) Jackson both of North Little Rock, Ark., Rev. Michael (Sandra) Jackson of Little Rock, Ark., and Pastor Tony (Rhonda) Jackson of Scott, Ark.; four daughters, Hattie (John) Jackson of Little Rock, Ark., Joyce (Keith) Jones of North Little Rock, Ark., Linda Jackson of Scott, Ark., and Regina Toney of Scott, Ark. She was preceded in death by two brothers: Joe Harper and Robert Lee Ransome; and one sister, Earnastine Holman. Survivors include: eight brothers: Eddie Jean (Lessie) Harper, John Harper, Terry (Verine) Harper, Earnest (Bertha) Harper, Pastor Jimmy (Geraldine) Harper, Bennie (Dorothy) Harper, Sam Jr. (Lousie) Ransome and John (Linda) Ransome; eight sisters; Retha Mae (Roosevelt) Hunter, Letha (Lonzell) Branch, Dorothy (Robert) Reid, Priscilla Harper, Mary Louise Woofolk, Rosalie Franklin, Dorris (Lee) Walker, and Sylvia (Clayton) Howard; 31 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2014, 11 a.m. at Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church, Hwy. 161 Toltec Indian Mounds Rd, Scott, Ark.
