James Leslie "Jimmy" Carroll

James Leslie "Jimmy" Carroll, 68, of Little Rock, passed away on Friday, December 27, 2013. He was born on November 15th, 1945 to the late James Lynn Carroll and Marie Carroll in Nashville, Tennessee. A 1964 graduate of Little Rock Central High School, he worked as a private contractor in painting, wallpaper and interior repair. He was a Spec 4 in the U.S. Army who served in the Vietnam War. Jimmy leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter Tamara Davis of Nashville, Tennessee; his grandchildren Savannah and Sean Davis of Nashville; his sisters Dianne Nelson of Yucaipa, California, Sandy (Jerry) Cormier of San Antonio, Texas and Vicky Johnson of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; his brother Wayne (Robin) Carroll of Little Rock; his nieces Darlene Watts of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Shawn Christianson of Yucaipa, California, Denise Marie Cook of Sherwood, Alexis (Jerry) Cormier Ward of San Antonio, Texas and Mary Ann Carroll of Little Rock and his nephews James "Jimbo" Hamilton of Little Rock, Chris W. Carroll of Little Rock and Chad E. Nelson of Yucaipa, California. Graveside services with military honors will be on Friday, January 3 at 1 p.m. at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
