Erma Neal Waddle

Erma Neal Waddle, 89, of Beebe went to be with her Lord on Friday, Jan. 24, 2014. She was born on Monday, Dec. 22, 1924 in Steprock, Ark. to the late Sam and Mary Ellen Capps Herring. Mrs. Waddle was a seamstress, she loved crocheting, going to the casinos, beaches, but most of all was a loving Mother and Grandmother. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James A. Waddle; son, Bobby Waddle; daughter, Ellen Sue McGhee; four grandsons, Wayne Lee Elledge, Jason Waddle, Casey Tull and T.J. Tucker; two daughters-in-law, Janice Waddle and Rita Waddle; and sisters, Ethel Herring and Julia Sutton. She leaves to cherish her memory two sons, Jerry "Tommy" Waddle of Beebe and James "Eddie" Waddle of Romance; sister, Sue Calvender and husband Frank of Quitman; brother, Sam Herring and wife Ruby of Bigelow; grandchildren, Leanne Catlett and husband Haley of Beebe, Deborah Parsley and husband Chris of Bauxite, Jessica Holifield and husband Brandon of Griffithville, Justin Waddle and wife Danielle of Floyd, John McGhee and wife Ashley of Garner, Shawn Tull and wife Lois of Bauxite, Patricia Beals of Searcy and Angela Tull and husband Keith of Beebe; 19 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday, Jan. 26, 2014, 6-8 p.m., at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, Jan. 27, 2014 in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Jimmy Turner officiating. Interment will follow in the Roosevelt Cemetery.
