Curtis A. Houston

CURTIS A. HOUSTON, age 86 of North Little Rock, Ark., passed away on July 1, 2014 at Clermont, Fla. He was born on Oct. 14, 1927 in Waurika, Okla. He was the son of Newton and Velma Houston. Curtis A. Houston was a masonry in Arkansas and Arizona for 20 years. He was member of Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church, North Little Rock, Ark. He is preceded in death by his son, Jimmy D. Houston; his wife of 43 years, Allia F. Houston; four brothers; and four sisters. He is survived by, his son, Curtis Houston Jr.; a daughter, Allia F. Bright (Garland); a sister, Katy Robertson; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at Aly, Ark. at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Aly Community Cemetery in Yell County Arkansas. Arrangements are under the direction of Huson Funeral Homes.
