Vicki Ann Dempsey

Vicki Ann Dempsey, 51, of Mountain View, Ark., went into the arms of God July 5, 2014 at her home. She was born May 5, 1963 to Van and Wynema (Neely) Lowe at Little Rock, Arkansas. She graduated from North Little Rock High School in 1981 and worked as a CNA. She was a loving and adoring grandmother to her four grandchildren. Survivors include her parents, Van and Wynema Lowe; one son, Justin Demsey (and Nancy); one daughter, Vanessa Ketcher; two brothers, Mark David Lowe and Ricky Allen Young; grandmother, Sybil Lowe; four grandchildren, Autumn, Devin, Damien and Joselyn; aunt and uncle, Linda and Tommy Huckaby; one niece, Stephanie Jeffers; cousins, Kim Whitlock and Tammy Kingston, special cousins, Kate and Gary Davis; best friends, Darvice and Ann. She also leaves behind her treasured puppy, Allie. She was preceded in death by her grandmother and grandfather Neely, and her grandfather Lowe. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 from 12-2 p.m. at Roller-Crouch Chapel followed by the funeral at 2 p.m. with Rev. Roger Taylor officiating. Interment will follow at Flatwoods Cemetery. Pallbearers are John Wayne Dykes, Wayne Dykes, Branden Malone, Jimmy Breedlove, Mark David Lowe, and Gary Davis. Honorary pallbearer is Dustin Miller.
