Oather Arvis Loe

Arvis Loe, 90, passed from this world July 10, 2014. He was born Oct. 13, 1923 in Bodcaw to Ben & Edith Loe and was one of eight children. Services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Proctor's Chapel with visitation Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. Online guest register www.proctorfuneralhome.com.
