Charles E. Price

Charles E. Price of Jacksonville passed away peacefully in his home Sunday, July 13, 2014. He was born February 20, 1940 to the late Joe and Goldie Price of Dover. He served as Chief Petty Officer in the US Navy, he retired from Arkla Gas as a Distributive Engineer in 1992. He later retired from the 90th Reserve Support Command as a federal civil employee. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn, and his son, Randy. He is survived by his two brothers; Joe (Mary Jo), Gary, one sister, Jean Crow, children; Tommy Owens (Diane), Gayle Howell (Terry), Donna Duncan (Jerry), Dana Rowan, and Ronda Price, grandchildren; Wendy, Shawn, TJ, Brad, Stephen, Jeremy, Veronica, eight great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Wednesday, July 16, 2015 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home with a visitation at 2 p.m. until service time.
