Robert V. Tice, Senior passed from this world on his birthday, July 15, 2014 at age 93. He was born July 15, 1921 to the late James E. Tice & Viola Durham in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. He is one of nine children. His only surviving sibling is Louise Buzbee of Little Rock. Robert survived his wife, Winnie Nevada Kennedy, of 73 years just five months and five days. Robert was a life long member of the Church of Christ. He served in World War II in the Military Police. He guarded the Mitsubishi A6M Zero Airplane Factory. He operated Tice Landscaping and Nursury for 45 years. Surviving children include Robert Junior Tice (Ednita), Jimmy Tice (Margurette) of Little Rock; grandaughters, Rhonda Marlar (Mike) and Melissa Stacks (Scott) of North Little Rock. Also, five great-grandchildren, James, Dean, and Anna Kay Marlar and Mary Catherine and Rob Pickens all of North Little Rock. Also, several nieces and a nephew, Cheryl Buzbee Barnes, Risa Buzbee Ratliff, Cindy Buzbee Rooney, Mildred Hughes and John Buzbee. Visitation will be Thursday, July 17, from 6-8 p.m. at Griffin-Leggett Healey & Roth, 5800 West 12th Street, Little Rock. A graveside service will be Friday, July 18, at 2 p.m. at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander, Arkansas. Memorials may be made to the Southern Christian Home, P.O.
