Artie Lorine Hatcher

Artie Lorine Hatcher, 94, of Benton passed away July 16, 2014. Lorine was born February 24, 1920, in Haskell, Arkansas to the late John A. and Mary Evielee Funk Shepard. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ward Hatcher, a sister, Faye Moore, and brothers, Grover, Elbert, Clarence and Franklin Shepard. She was a member of Tyndall Park Missionary Baptist Church. Lorine is survived by four nephews, Paul, Wayne, Dale, and Phil Shepard. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Saturday at Ashby Funeral Home. Minister will be Bro. Wayne Smith. A private burial at Fairplay Cemetery following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Saline County Humane Society, 7600 Bauxite Hwy, Bauxite, Arkansas 72011.
