Joan K. Skelton

Joan K. Skelton, 78, of Conway, passed away July 24, 2014. She was born December 14, 1935, in Carroll, Iowa to the late John Keith McClinton and Leona Stamp McClinton. Mrs. Skelton was also preceded in death by her two brothers, Leon McClinton and Lynn R. McClinton. Joan was a graduate of Arkansas State Teachers College, now UCA. She loved to cook and was an excellent seamstress. She is survived by her two daughters, Catherine Nash and Andrea Holt (Jamie) all of Conway; son, John Skelton (Shannon) of Van Buren; grandchildren, Diane Howland (Tanner) of Springhill, Jacob and Jared Skelton of Van Buren; great-grandsons, Carson and Tyler Howland; her pet cat, Lucky and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, August 2, 2014 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway.
