William David Sorrells

William David Sorrells, age 71, of Hot Springs, died Tuesday, July 22, 2014. He was born on February 5, 1943 in Star City, the son of Vesper "Jack" Sorrels and Rachel Crudup Sorrells. He was preceded in death by his parents. David was a retired over the road truck driver. He is survived by his former wife, Becky Haight; one son, Terry Sorrells, both of Hot Springs; his brother, Lew E. Sorrells of Brinkley; and two nieces, Pam Sims of Conway and Carole Brockinton of Sherwood. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
