Jackie G. Cottingham, Jr., 49, of Newport, died Monday. Survivors: wife, Stella; son, Matthew; daughter, Lindsey; brother, Dean; sisters, Connie Cox, Tammy Cottingham, JoAnn Thompson, Joyce Mason; two grandchildren.
