Jannette S. Eddy

Jannette S. Eddy, 65, of Cabot, passed away Thursday, June 5, 2014. She was born August 17, 1948 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Jannette attended Apostolic Revival Church in Ward and was a dedicated nurse for over 40 years. She loved her family, playing games with her grandkids and taking them to Sunday School, and she always looked forward to her monthly Chilis Group and Bunko Group. Ms. Eddy was preceded in death by her mother, Anna Simmons. She is survived by her children, Pamela Howard and husband, Todd, Darwin Eddy and wife, Mary, Gwen Herlacher and husband, Marty, Paula Gentry and husband, Bill and Jason Eddy and wife, Cristina; two sisters, Joyce Lindsey and Janice Eddy; nine grandchildren, Eric Moore, Ash-Leigh Herlacher, Alex Eddy, Nathan Eddy, Angel Howard, Bryant Eddy, Chaz Eddy, Peyton Eddy and Blaiklen Eddy; two great grandchildren, Jazmine and Trinity Moore; her best friend of over 40 years, Vikki McCool; her beloved dog, Dinky; and a host of other nieces, nephews and friends. Jannette was loved by all who knew her. She opened her heart and home to all who needed her, whether she knew them or not. She will be greatly missed. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Friday, June 6, 2014 at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home. Funeral Services are 2 p.m., Saturday, June 7, 2014 at Lighthouse Pentecostal Church in Beebe, with Pastor W.C.
