Sue Whitehead

Sue Whitehead, 66, of Conway, Ark. passed from this life on June 19, 2014 after a courageous 33 month long battle with pancreatic cancer. She was born on November 26, 1947 to the late Albert & Dorothy Sayers in Avenel, Massachusetts. Sue loved many things in life, but to those who knew her, her family was her true love in life. She found great joy in spending time with her grandchildren; picking them up after school, taking them to play at the park, going shopping with them, and their trips to Orange Beach and Yellowstone National Park. Sue loved her family and will be missed by every one of them deeply. She was a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a degree in Business Administration and was a faithful Christian. Sue is survived by her loving husband Roy Whitehead of Conway, two sons; Jeff Whitehead and wife Jennifer of Conway, and David Whitehead and wife Sarah of North Little Rock, seven grandchildren; Olivia Whitehead and Hannah Whitehead of Conway, Anna Whitehead, Joe Whitehead, Maggie Whitehead, Anthony Whitehead, and John David Whitehead all of North Little Rock, and many other loving family members and friends. A Funeral Service will be held at St. Joseph Chapel in Conway, Ark. on Saturday, June 21, 2014 at 10 a.m. Rosary will be at 6 p.m. Friday, June 20, at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Conway with visitation scheduled to follow.
