Shirley Jean Parker

SHIRLEY JEAN PARKER, 58 of Jacksonville, died Friday, June 20, 2014. Shirley was born July 30, 1955 in Scott, Ark. to the late Dugan and Lottie (Lane) Smith. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Hosie Parker; and two brothers. Ms. Parker was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. She is survived by children, Felicia Parker, Patrick Parker, and Riki McIlvoy; sister, Loise Brown; grandchildren, KayVon Turner and KayDnce King; and a host of other relatives and friends.
