Johnnie Faye Moore

Johnnie Faye Moore, 84, of North Little Rock, Ark., went peacefully to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 19, 2014. Mrs. Moore was member of Independence Baptist Church, were she serve as a faithful member and Chairman of the Mother's Board for many years. She retired as a Foster Parent after 30 years of caring and loving for more than 360 children. She retired as a care giver for Elizabeth Dales, R.N. for 45 years "Faithful Friends". Preceded in death by three brothers and one sister. She's survived by her children: Mary M. Parham (Herbert), Diane Lawrence (Jessie), Sammy, Eugene and Antonio Moore; her sisters and one brother: Margree Barbee, Laura Speed, Lillie Baker, Louise Chapman, Odell Austin, Emma McClendon, Gladys Jefferson, Gertie May Wright and brother, John L. Williams; a loving and faithful grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and great-aunt. Home going services will be on Saturday, June 28, 2014, at 11 a.m., at Independence Baptist Church, 822 Locust Street, NLR, Ark. Interment will follow at Arkansas Memorial Gardens, NLR, Ark.
