Ailene Stripling

Ailene Stripling, age 84, of Jacksonville entered into the presence of Jesus Thursday June 26, 2014 surrounded by loved ones. She was preceded in death by her parents, J.T. and Eunice Yarbro and by her loving husband of 40 years, A.J. Stripling. Ailene worked for many years at various retail locations in Jacksonville. She owned Mi' Lady's Boutique Sweet Creations and Wedding's Etc., in Jacksonville for over 16 years, she also worked for Pathfinder Inc. for five years before retiring. She is survived by her son, Ric Stripling and his wife Debbie, her daughter, Kim McGee and her husband Nathan McGee, grandchildren; Kim Schroeder and his wife Tanya, Cheryl Glenn and her husband Brian, Bryan Stripling and Jillian Wright, Ryan Stripling and Ashleigh Tanner, Andy McGee and wife Nina, Ailena Martin and husband Matthew, great-grandchildren; Nicolet, Zino, Josephine, Isabella, Jackson, Harper, Hadley, Bayla, Brinley, Gavyn, Bryleigh, and Lauren. Pallbearers will be Jerry Beckwith, Andy McGee, Ryan Stripling, Bryan Stripling, Brian Glenn, Kim Schroeder, and Matthew Martin. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. Sunday, June 29, 2014 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday, June 30, 2014 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Smith, Bro. Cliff Hutchins and Rev Rocky Starnes officiating. Interment will follow at 3 p.m. at Mt. Horeb Cemetery near Camden.
