Carolyn Louise Phillips

Carolyn Louise Phillips of Pasadena, Texas passed away at the age of 74 on February 24, 2014. Carolyn was born on August 16, 1939 in Alvin (Danville) Illinois. Carolyn was a member of New Life Christian Fellowship in La Porte, Texas. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Charles and Mary Kammin. She is survived by her husband of 57 1/2 years, Charles Phillips, son, Terry Phillips and wife Sandy of Deer Park, Texas, daughter, Nancy Layton and husband Lonnie of Pasadena, Texas, one granddaughter, Valarie Keener and husband Robby of League City, Texas, three sisters, Florence Virginia Campisi of Westminster, Colo., Dorothy Kingston of Alton, Ill., Francis Pauline Hamm of Danville, Ill. and one brother, Carl Kammin of Danville, Ill., and numerous other relatives and friends. Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 7th, 2014 at Pine Mountain Cemetery. Memorial donations in memory of Carolyn may be made to any Animal Adoption/Rescue organization.
