Clyde C. Grady Sr.

Clyde C. Grady Sr., 89, of Cabot died Saturday, March 8, 2014. He was born June 11, 1924 in Blanco, Okla. to the late Claude and Lena Lillian Shield Grady. Mr. Grady retired after 30 years as an accountant for the Civil Service with the United States Air Force. He enjoyed the outdoors, music and automobiles. In addition to his parents, Mr. Grady was preceded in death by his wife, Mary K. Grady; and three brothers, Odell, Warren and Floyd Grady. Mr. Grady is survived by his children, Jane McKinnie (James), Mary Ann Smith (Gary) and Clyde C. Grady II, all of Cabot; five grandchildren, Michael, Ellen and Daniel McKinnie, Dewayne Smith and Sherry Smith-Flynn; and five great-grandchildren, Alex Flynn, Kaitlyn Smith, Ally Flynn, Kensley Flynn and Megan Smith. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, 2014 in the chapel of Moore's Cabot Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery under the direction of Moore's Cabot Funeral Home (501)843-5816. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
