Mary Kirby

Mary E. Kirby, 84, of Jonesboro died Saturday March 22, 2014 at St. Bernard's Medical Center. She had lived in Jonesboro most of her life moving here from Florence, Alabama. She was a retired clerk form Kroger after 25 years and later worked for the mayor office for 8 years. She was of the Church of Christ belief. Mary was a very loving and caring person, to know and to love. Survived by her daughter; Maria Fairchild (Jerry) of N. Little Rock, Arkansas. Graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, March 31, 2014 at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery with Jimmy Young officiating. Emerson Funeral Home in charge. Visitation will be from 10:30 until 12:30 March 31, 2014 at Emerson Funeral Home.
