EUGENIA "JEAN" SHARP PAGE of Little Rock died Saturday, March 29, 2014. She was born on Sept. 28, 1926 to W.C. and Willie Vickers Sharp. She was the widow of John H. Page II whom she married on the last day of World War II. After raising her family of two children, she was able to realize her lifelong desire of completing St. Vincent's Infirmary Nursing School, and continuing to work there until retirement. She was also active volunteer with Gold Star Wives of America, M.M. Eberts America Legion Post #1, and a member of AARP. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, but had been attending St. James Methodist Church with her family. Preceding her in death were her husband of 29 years, John H. Page II; a grandson, William "Michael" Harrison; only brother, Bernard H. Sharp; and sisters, Marie Greenlee, Faye Pruett, and Nancy Palmer. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, John and Angela Page of Dillon, Colo.; daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Dr. Bill Harrison of Little Rock; grandson and his wife, Mark and Dr. Rachel Harrison of Carrollton, Texas; and sister, Marguerite Hadfield. For the last year she had been living in her loved home at Good Shepherd. The family cannot adequately express their gratitude to all the wonderful staff of the Roberts Building for their loving support in caring for her and making her life there so enjoyable. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at Ruebel Funeral Home. Funeral will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, April 2, at Ruebel Funeral Home followed by burial at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
