Jesse Collins

Jesse Collins, age 77, died Friday. Jesse was a member of the First Baptist Church and a retired banker and farmer. Jesse is survived by his wife, Rosemary Collins of Marvell; two daughters, Camille Collins of Siloam Springs and Phyllis Storey (Curtis) of Marvell; three brothers, Noel Collins (Mary), Vernon Collins (Grace), and Scott Collins (Rita) all of Bruce, Miss.; three sisters, Jeanette Anderson of Memphis, Tenn., Betty Jo Peaks (Pete) of Gulfport, Miss., and Mattye Ruth of Bruce, Miss.; five grandchildren, Sarah Camille Akin, Tucker Allen Akin, Elaine Storey Case (Blake), Reed Collins Storey and Ronald Coleman Storey; two great-grandchildren, Sally Elaine Case and Russell Blake Case. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church in Marvell, Marvell Academy, or Concord Cemetery in Concord, Miss. A memorial service for Jesse will be 10 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church in Marvell. Burial: 4 p.m. Monday, Concord Cemetery in Concord, Miss.
