Emma Jean Grant

Emma Jean Grant, 89, of Hot Springs passed away Wednesday April 30, 2014. She was born January 11, 1925 to the late Iva Scott Tankersley and William Tankersley in Hot Springs. Emma Jean was a retired Store Manger with Wonder Bread and a member of Hot Springs Baptist Church. She was predeceased by her parents; and her husband, Lamar Grant. Survivors include one son, Larry (Regina) Grant; two daughters, Sandra (Richard) Hickman and Teresa Merritt; one sister, Lillian Ruth Ruff; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Hot Springs Funeral Home with Brother Gerald Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Crestview Memorial Park. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Friday prior to the service. Pallbearers are Larry Grant, Richard Hickman, Eric Grant, Brian Grant, Todd Rudisill and Brian Rudisill.
