Survived by her husband, William Thurston Hazel; sons, Randy Hazel of Little Rock; Kenneth Hazel (Jennifer) of Allen, Texas; Larry Hazel (Bobbie) of Houston, Ark.; daughter, Lisa Gay (Chester) of Plainview; grandchildren, Courtney Gay and fiancee Shawn Ramsey of Little Rock; Logan Gay of Plainview; Spencer Gay of Star City; Magan Hazel and Connor Hazel of Little Rock; Scarlett Hazel of Allen Texas; and great-grandchild, Ryder Gay of Plainview; sister, Patricia Simpson of Dallas Texas one niece, Nancy Simpson of Dallas, Texas and a hosts of cousins and friends.
