Mrs. Margaret Ann Neeb, 71, of Wynne, passed away Sunday, May 11, 2014 at her home in Wynne. Margaret was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, on October 2, 1942 to John Elliot and Myrtle Hattier Elliot. She was a home maker and a Registered Nurse. She is survived by her husband, Michael Alvin Neeb of the home; and brother, Thomas Ronald Sheehan of Houston, Texas.
