Sybil Adele Howard, 81, of Heber Springs died Thursday, May 22, 2014. Visitation will be Sunday, May 25 from 6-8 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home of Searcy. Funeral services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
