Richard E. Rowland

Richard E. Rowland, 68, of Ulm, born February 21, 1946, passed away May 27, 2014. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He was preceded in death by parents, Lloyd and Beulah Taylor. Richard is survived by his wife, Bobbie Rowland; children, Shaylee and Lane Rowland; grandson, Garrett Mitchell; and siblings, Patsy, Melinda, Ada Ann, Penney, Eddie, Norman, and Marvin.
